The Four Chimneys Restaurant offers a stylish French-Vermont fine dining experience. The restaurant will be serving dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and serving lunch on Sundays. You can either choose from our A-La-Carte menu carefully established by our Chef Olivier or you can let yourself be overwhelmed by our fine dining pre-fixed 7-course Degustation Menu. Both menus evolve regularly integrating seasonal local produce.
Reservations are required for all guests. Overnight guests have priority in booking a table until 2 weeks before their stay. For guests not staying overnight at the inn, reservations can be made using OpenTable.
The Degustation menu must be booked at least 1 week beforehand. Guests with reservations may enjoy the cocktail bar before or after their visit to the restaurant.

For our guests at the inn, it’s recommended that you make your dining reservations when you when you book your stay by contacting us at (802) 447-3500 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the intimate size of our dining room we cannot guarantee a table at the time of your stay if you do not reserve in advance.
For Our Outside Dinner Guests
For dinner guests not staying at the inn, please reserve online at OpenTable.
