Labor Day Weekend: Sept 2,3,4, 2011, 2-night minimum.
Columbus day weekend: Oct 7,8,9, 2011, 3-night minimum.
Thanksgiving: Nov 23-26, 2011, 2-night minimum.
New Year's Dec 30, 31,2011. 2-night minimum.
MLK Weekend: Jan 13,14,15,2012, 2-night minimum.
Valentine and President's Weekend: Feb 10-19,2012. 2-night minimum.
Memorial Weekend, May 25,26,27, 2012, 2-night mininum.
Graduation: May 31 - June 3, 2012, 3-night mininum.
- Rates shown are for two in a room.
- A charge of $25 per person per night is added for each additional guest over two
in a room. Children count the same as adults.
- Includes full breakfast for two people.
- Check in: 3PM. Check out 11 am.
- Saturday night stays require 2 night minimum.
- From Oct 1-22 Friday and Saturday night stays require 2 night minimum.
- Cancellation policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. If you cancel up to 10 or more days prior to your reservation date, there is no penalty. For all other cancellations, no-shows or early check out, you will be charged for each room-night that we do not re-book. A $25 processing fee will be applied if we are able to re-book for you. Please also note that Saturday night stays require a two-night stay. Your cancellation is NOT confirmed until you receive a valid cancellation confirmation number back from us.
Cancellation policy June 2-6 2011 only: A non-refundable pre-payment is taken 6 months prior to check in.

- Pets are not allowed as we have no facilities to accommodate them.
