The Four Chimneys rates range from $129 - $299 depending on the specific room and time of year.

A hearty country breakfast is served in the dining rooms each morning and is included in the price of each room

Holiday Dates: Thanksgiving: Nov 21-24, 2012, 2-night minimum.
New Year's Dec 28,29,30,31,2012. 2-night minimum.
MLK Weekend: Jan 18,19,20,2013, 2-night minimum.
Valentine and President's Weekend: Feb 14,15,16,17,2013. 2-night minimum.
Memorial Weekend, May 24,25,26, 2013, 2-night mininum.
Graduation Weekend: 2013, 3-night mininum, plus 6 month pre-pay policy.
Labor Day Weekend: Aug 30, 31, Sept 1, 2013, 2-night minimum.
Columbus day weekend: Oct 4,5,6 2013, 3-night minimum.

• Rates shown are for two in a room.
• A charge of $25 per person per night is added for each additional guest over two in a room. Children count the same as adults.
• Includes full breakfast for two people.
• Check in: 3PM. Check out 11 am.
• Saturday night stays require 2 night minimum.
• During peak season, Friday and Saturday night stays require 2 night minimum.
• Cancellation policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. If you cancel up to 10 or more days prior to your reservation date, there is no penalty. For all other cancellations, no-shows or early check out, you will be charged for each room-night that we do not re-book. A $25 processing fee will be applied if we are able to re-book for you. Please also note that Saturday night stays require a two-night stay. Your cancellation is NOT confirmed until you receive a valid cancellation confirmation number back from us.
  Cancellation policy for graduation weekend only: A non-refundable pre-payment is taken 6 months prior to check in.
