Pete and Lynn Green: Owners, innkeepers and married at The Four Chimneys Inn.
Pete and Lynn purchased the Four Chimneys Inn after falling in love with historic Old Bennington and the magnificent grounds of The Four Chimneys Inn. After twenty years in the corporate world, Lynn most recently as a VP of marketing for a publishing company and Pete as an engineering program manager for a Boston high-tech firm, they moved to quiet and charming Bennington to become innkeepers.
“We love working together every day and thoroughly enjoy getting to chat with each of our guests. Each one comes with a unique story — and that’s what keeps it fun.”
If you are lucky enough to visit us in the late summer or fall, you may also meet Lynn’s mom, Helen Little. When she is not in Bennington with her grandson, she is off visiting her grandaughters in Nashville, Tennessee and Guangzhau, China.
Assistant Innkeeper: Michelle Forth. Michelle brings years of hospitality experience and culinary expertise gained at a range of establishments from Bartlett Farms on Nantucket, to a lovely Relais and Chateaux property in NY state. Michelle has a love for hospitality which shines through and through. With family in Williamstown, Michelle has come home to the area and we are happy to have her as part of the Four Chimneys family.
Assistant Innkeeper: Rose O’Callahan. Rose brings her special smile and in depth knowledge of the workings of the inn which she has acquired over her 7 years working with us. Rose began working at the inn the day after her 14th birthday and has been a valuable team member right through college!
