The Four Chimneys offers both cash bar and open bar options.
With the open bar option your bill is based on the actual number
of drinks poured and the actual wine and champagne bottles opened.
Typically the hosts select a red and a white wine to pour with
dinner and a champagne for the toast. While each party varies,
for budgeting purposes you can usually factor approximately $25 -$27 per person plus gratuity
